I love live music, so I’m super excited about next month’s events. Brisbane this February is all about live music and there are some fantastic events lined up for you to enjoy.

By taking a Brisbane holiday this February, you’ll have the opportunity to see some of the world’s best musical acts live on tour.

With so many music acts and tours heading our way, it’s going to be hard to decide which to attend. So today, I’ll help make the decisions a little easier for you. Below are my top 5 pics for the best Brisbane events coming our way this February.

1. Red Hot Summer Tour

The Red Hot Summer Tour is an epic tour, featuring some of the biggest Australian artists, coming to Brisbane this February.

You can look forward to the likes of Taxiride, John Farnham, Shannon Noll, Daryl Braithwaite and James Reyne just to name a few.

This is certainly one of the best Brisbane events to happen this February, so be sure to grab your tickets quick if you’re looking to attend.

The Red Hot Summer Tour held on Saturday, February 25 (Sold out) and February 26th at the Sandstone Point Hotel from 1:30pm onwards.

Tickets are $109.90.

2. Guns n’ Roses – Not in this Lifetime Tour

Who hasn’t heard of the legendary hard rock band Guns n’ Roses? They’re one of my favourite bands and this February, I’ll be seeing them live in my very own city as part of their Not in this Lifetime Tour.

Of many Brisbane events to happen in February, this is one that I won’t miss out on and you shouldn’t either!

Guns n’ Roses will be performing live in Brisbane on Tuesday, February 7 at the Queensland Sports and Athletics Centre from 7:00pm onwards.

Tickets cost between $97.30 and $362.35.

3. A Day on the Green

If you’d like to enjoy a relaxing day listening to live music and having good food and wine, make sure to attend A Day on the Green.

This February, come along and watch Simple Minds & the B-52s performing alongside Models and Machinations whilst enjoy some of our finest local wine. This is certainly an event worth attending.

This event will take place at the Sirromet Winery on Sunday, February 12 from 2:00pm onwards.

Tickets cost between $111.99 and $203.74.

4. Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band – Summer ’17 Tour

Bruce Springsteen is one of my favourite artists and I’m thrilled that he’ll be performing in Brisbane this February!

As part of his Summer ’17 Tour, Bruce Springsteen will be taking the stage with the E Street Band to deliver a performance worth remembering. I, for sure will attend this event and you must add it to your list of Brisbane events to attend as well.

Bruce Springsteen will be performing live with the E Street Band at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Tuesday, February 14 and Thursday, February 16. Show timings start from 7:30pm onwards.

Tickets will cost you $192.50-$304.55 and can be.

5. Kid Ink Australian Tour

While I’m not personally a big fan of rap music, I must say that Kid Ink is one rapper who is making waves in the music industry and he’s heading our way.

Kid Ink has a reputation of offering great live shows and this show will be no different. If you’re fond of rap music, add this show to your list of Brisbane events to attend this February.

Kid Ink will be performing live in Brisbane on Friday, February 24 at Max Watt’s from 8:00pm onwards.

This show is suitable for adults aged over 18. Tickets for this show are priced at $72.35.

Stopped there for 3 weeks. Good location, nice internal facilities. Rooms were not cleaned well enough. Dust here and there, plus found an old razor in the bathroom. however I would put 3.5 stars for overall experience which wasn't bad. My major concern is safety and security of the apartments. My car was broken into at night on secure underground parking. Car's door was broken and my personal belongings were stolen. Management told me they are not responsible for the damage and loss because of the signs they put on parking walls. This accident put my rating down to 1 star.If you have a car I would recommend to park it underground despite the secure gates installed.

Bridgewater terraces is the perfect place to stay for business or leisure. It is conveniently located within reach of Southbank, the CBD, local hospitals and convention centres ect. I stayed at the apartment for over 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time. I found the complex to be perfectly manicured and maintained, quiet and loved the cafe next doors. The river view is also very relaxing. The location is perfect for children and my kids loved walking through the gardens, splashing in the pool and walking to the nearby park and playground. Ray and Dennis in management were very helpful, attentive, compassionate and a pleasure to deal with.

Booked to stay at Bridgewater Terraces and looked forward to our visit. The views of the river are magnificent and this was the main, and as it turned out, the ONLY attraction.Initially the room looked OK until we discovered that it appeared NOT to have been cleaned! The old cooker was filthy and had to be scrubbed before we could use it. None of the cutlery or dishes were from same sets. The windows may have been wiped, but with a greasy rag. Having completed our own clean we sat down on a badly worn, sagging sofa which had stains and grease marks all over it. If that wasn't bad enough, the shower screen came off its rusty rails and there were many loose surrounding tiles. When the tumbler drier gave up, so did we and we checked out!Such a pity, Well manicured gardens and a fantastic location but the apartment interior was old and tattered and from our experience, very little effective management. Just to put the boot in, wifi is NOT free and is horrendously expensive. Stay here at your peril!!

Stayed here with a few guests and booked 3 rooms during February. Reception were only too kind and gave us really good tips on the Brisbane area. Rooms were spacious and quite modern. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

Stars rounded up because management were friendly. We got a neat well furnished apartment looking over the river. Appliances are modern but the washer and dryer are cheap. The dryer is faulty but useable if you jury-rig it. The bathroom floor drain doesnt have a trap so youre best off covering it to prevent air from venting out. Everything else was nice, the pool is a plus and the location is good.
